Terms and Conditions

- Consuming alcohol is prohibited at the event.
- Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes and cannabis is prohibited in and near the building where the event is held.
- Candles are prohibited at the location.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- No animals or pets in the building except for certified care animals.
- Photographs and videos will be taken and used for marketing future Gameloops events.
- Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated and event organizers have the right to ask anyone to leave the event should this behaviour persist.

Your tickets are being purchased from Mindfruit Games (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
